Pudding Club at Ashchurch View

Ashchurch Rural Parish Council were delighted to be invited to this month’s Pudding Club at Ashchurch View Care Home. Councillor Sue Mitchell attended on behalf of the Parish Council, joining local PCSOs and residents for an afternoon filled with friendly conversation, community spirit, and of course—some exceptional puddings!

Each dessert was freshly prepared by Head Chef John, and the standard was impressively high. Councillor Mitchell thoroughly enjoyed meeting residents and taking part in the very enjoyable challenge of tasting and judging the entries. After much consideration (and a lot of delicious sampling), the winning pudding of the month was crowned: a perfectly baked chocolate brownie.

Events like the Pudding Club are a wonderful example of the vibrant community we are proud to be part of, and we are grateful to Ashchurch View for the warm welcome.
