Do you have a passion for your local community? Ashchurch Rural Parish Council is evolving, and we want our residents at the heart of that journey. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Working Groups focused teams that help advise the Council on specific projects and policies.

We are looking for you!
We are currently seeking residents with interest or professional experience in:
- Planning & Development: Helping us review local applications and strategic growth.
- Finance & Budgeting: Ensuring our resources are managed effectively for the village.
- Community Engagement: Improving how we communicate and connect with every resident.
- CIL Funding: Helping us decide how “Community Infrastructure Levy” funds are best spent on local improvements.
Why join a Working Group?
You don’t need to be an expert in local government. Whether you are a local professional, a retiree with years of experience, or a resident who simply cares about the future of our lanes and green spaces, your perspective is invaluable. These groups are project-based, meaning you can contribute as much or as little time as your schedule allows.
