Notice of Intention – 5227/121 CB86427 Gloucestershire County Council 30MPH Speed Limit C87 Road from Natton to Homedowns. Ashchurch Rural Parish, Tewkesbury Borough order 2026: To replace the existing 50mph and 40mph speed limits on the C87 with a 30mph speed limit. Grange Road, Northway
The road above will be closed (as per the attached plan) from 17/02/26 2300 to 18/02/26 0600
This road closure is required by Network Rail to carry out Level Crossing maintenance works in this location. Emergency and Pedestrian access will not be maintained due to the nature of the works.

The road above will be closed (as per the attached plan) from 31/01/26 2300 to 01/02/26 0800
This road closure is required by Network Rail to carry out Level Crossing maintenance works in this location. Emergency and Pedestrian access will not be maintained due to the nature of the works.

Road from Natton to Homedowns, Ashchurch
The road above will be closed (as per the attached plan) on 12/01/26 – 23/01/26.
This road closure is required by Severn Trent Water to install a new water connection for a development in this location. Emergency and Pedestrian access will not be maintained due to large excavations in the Cway.
Road from Natton to Homedowns, Ashchurch
The road above will be closed (as per the attached plan) from 30/10/25 – 31/10/25. Road closure in place 09.00 – 16.00 daily. This road closure is required for Fibre Ducting installation by Citiutilities. Emergency and Pedestrian access to be maintained. More information can be found here.

B4079 Pamington Road
The road above will be closed from 14/07/25 – 01/08/25 . This road closure is required for GCC Bridge maintenance works in this location. Emergency and Pedestrian access to be maintained. More details can be found found here.

National Highways will be carrying out overnight resurfacing work along the A46 Ashchurch to improve the condition of the road.

- B4079 Pamington Road
Resurfacing of the B4079 from Aston Cross to the junction with A435 is currently being undertaken. This is due to complete on 01/04/25. More detail can be found here.

- The temporary closure of public footpaths ANW 6 AND AAS 22 are expected to be closed every Saturday night from 9th August 2025 until 11th October 2025 between 22:00hrs and 08:00hrs for a period of 8 weeks. More information can be found here
