Water Supply Interruptions and Incidents
If you are experiencing a loss of water supply, low water pressure, discoloured water, or wish to check for any planned or unplanned interruptions in your area Severn Trent Water provides a live online service with the latest updates and incident information.

Reporting Water, Sewerage and Flooding Issues
If you witness pollution affecting a river, stream or watercourse, such as sewage, oil, chemicals, unusual discolouration or fish deaths please report it to the Environment Agency as soon as possible.

If you experience a water leak, blocked sewer, low water pressure or any other water related issue please report it directly to Severn Trent Water using their online reporting service Severn Trent Water – Report a Problem

Future Drainage and Wastewater Planning
