ARPC Photo Competition

ARPC held a wonderful photography competition to showcase the beautiful rural setting, stunning landscapes, and vibrant nature. We are incredibly proud of what the parish has to offer and wanted to capture this beauty for posterity and use this to promote our beautiful little corner of the world. This culminated in a brilliant art exhibition and presentation in September, at which we welcomed many residents.

We received a fantastic number of entries, making it incredibly challenging for our judging panel to select the winners.

Congratulations to our talented winners whose stunning photographs beautifully capture the essence of our local landscapes and nature:

• Hilary won the overall prize for her breath taking photo of a Kestral
• Harry took top honours in the 12-15 year age category for his stunning sunny field scene
• Camilla dazzled us with her amazing photo of a hay trailer, winning the 5-11 age category

We would like to say a heart felt thank you to everyone who took the time to send in photographs and those whom attended the exhibition, as well as to guest judge, photographer, Jack Boskett for being part of our judging panel.

We will definitley be making this a regular event so keep your cameras at the ready!
